AMEs sent by Elevon Technical Operations arrive as contractors who have already cleared your initial training. The AMO names that training. We get it done before day one.
You keep the certificate, the procedures, and the policies.
Items an AMO often names: induction, safety and human factors refreshers, airside or hangar access, tool and quality rules, plus any short familiarization you treat as mandatory before a contractor touches an aircraft. You set the list for that station. We do not invent a course menu. Licence and ratings still have to match the job.

Who owns which part of the job
Elevon Technical Operations does not hold a maintenance approval and does not sign off aircraft. The AMO stays responsible for the certificate and the work. We supply vetted people.
